The heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September and the private on site tennis courts offer further activities to entertain kids and adults alike. There are body boards and tennis rackets and balls provided for use during your stay so you don't even need to pack them for your trip.
There is a private carpark opposite where you can leave your car. And with shops, cafes, restaurants and so many activities nearby, you won't need to use your car at all during your stay.
If you want to explore the local area, there is plenty to see and do. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow is a 20 minute drive away, offering fine dining at Rick Steins seafood restaurants, local shops, boat trips and sandy beaches. Padstow is at the start of the Camel Trail, so hire a bike and take in the stunning scenery and wildlife along the route. There are places to stop along the way for refreshments and the mainly traffic free, level path is ideal for all ages and is a great family day out.
Newquay offers plenty of shops, activities, surfing and family entertainment, including a Zoo and Aquarium, and is just a 15 minute drive away.
