My name is Manuel, a friendly Colombian guy born and raised in Medellin. I moved back to my hometown after living in Melbourne for 2 years. I enjoy meeting new people, exchanging cultures, languages and learning about the world in a way that books and a professional career can never reveal. I'm a photographer and filmmaker but recently I found a part of myself through different body movements and different meditation techniques and felt the need to start sharing with others some of the things I have learnt and experienced in this journey. Hatha Yoga is one of the practices I love the most so I started teaching/leading classes all around the city. Since I'm local, I’m able to help you out with everything you would need to have a great time in Medellin.
