A. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use something in the closet.

B. Please do not smoke in whole apartment complex including roads around. Residents, neighbors and the owner of the building don't like any smokers.

C. Please be quite especially in common space and the terrace of my apartment. In general, Japanese people are sensitive to noise.

D. Pens, spoons, cups...all the stuff belong to my apartment and are not supposed to be taken by guests.

E. Please take off your shoes in my apartment. It's Japanese culture to take off shoes inside the house and take care of the floor.

F. Please do not hang or put anything on the net of the terrace because it is prohibited by the owner of the building. The owner said the net is easy to break and showing something like laundry is against their aesthetics.

G. Please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. If the pipe is clogged because you put something other than toilet paper, we will charge you all the repair cost.

A great spot near many bars, restaurants, and sights. It’s a quiet spot though. There’s a bike rental spot just to the right as you walk out of the apartment complex and cycling was a great way to explore Kyoto! Would stay again.

My hobby is scuba diving, travelling and eating.

I have done scuba diving a lot of times and hold a scuba diving license.

For travelling, I have visited so many places:
