Other things to note
--A few guests out of hundreds previously complained about the noise from the road nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, our apartment might not be recommended. However, most of the guests told me they heard some sound of cars passing by, but slept well and it was not noisy.

Dropping off your luggage is possible anytime after 11:00 a.m. on your check-in day, but please let us know in advance if you would like to come to put your luggage.
Afraid you can not leave your luggage after 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day.
**Each guest, regardless of age, must pay fee for their stay.
Please input the total number of people including small children in your booking.
A. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use something in the closet.
B. Please do not smoke in whole apartment complex including roads around. Residents, neighbors and the owner of the building don't like any smokers.
C. Please be quite especially in common space and the terrace of my apartment. In general, Japanese people are sensitive to noise.
D. Pens, spoons, cups...all the stuff belong to my apartment and are not supposed to be taken by guests.
E. Please take off your shoes in my apartment. It's Japanese culture to take off shoes inside the house and take care of the floor.
F. Please do not hang or put anything on the net of the terrace because it is prohibited by the owner of the building. The owner said the net is easy to break and showing something like laundry is against their aesthetics.
G. Please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. If the pipe is clogged because you put something other than toilet paper, we will charge you all the repair cost.
