El Sereno 05 & 06 by The Blue Kite is a combination of two spacious ground-floor apartments in Vagator with modern interiors and direct access to a common garden. It features four bedrooms with attached washrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, inverter backup, and a comfortable living area. Located 10 minutes from Vagator and Anjuna Beach and popular restaurants.

Note: Pool construction is ongoing and will be unusable for 45 days. Breaker machine noise expected for 7 days.

A bright, well-furnished living room with a comfortable sofa and large windows that open up to the garden — perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with loved ones. A carrom board is also available for guests to enjoy indoor games. The apartment accommodates up to 9 guests. For additional guests beyond 4, extra mattresses are provided at an additional cost.

A cozy dining area that comfortably seats 8 guests — ideal for meals or friendly conversations.

👩‍🍳 Kitchen
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, cookware, and cutlery — everything you need to prepare home-style meals. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

🍳 Meals
A private chef can be arranged at an additional cost. Prefer to order in? Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit deliver to the property.

🛏️ Bedrooms
All four bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, air-conditioning, attached washrooms, and spacious closets. Each room opens to the garden or has large windows for natural light, offering a peaceful and cozy ambiance.

GROCERIES –Oxford Arcade supermarket is 6 min drive away from the property and you can use a delivery service called Big Hatta. 

FREE PARKING is available on the street, at the entrance of the property.

MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Swiggy delivers to the building.

🏠Monthly Stays
We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.

LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 1 day in advance and we will be able to tell you whether we can honor your request.
