We stayed for a week in the home of Joseba. The house is located in the very calm & quiet village subiza but only 15 minutes away from vivid Pamplona. Also a small supermarket and bakery are only a few kilometers away. There are lots of nice things to visit in the region and with a little bit of ambition is also hiking & cycling (mainly MTB) a possibility. So we experienced a very nice time in the region. About the house: The terras, garden and swimmingpool are spacious and we could use them in all privacy. On the other hand, the cabin was a bit of a disappointment for me. The space is very limited and the equipment is basic. Also the quality of the beds, in- and outdour furniture is mediocre. We didn't have the chance to meet Joseba on arrival. We were welcomed by Daniel (Who speaks very good English) who gave us a brief introduction. It felt a bit strange that we did not see anyone until allmost the last day, even though the main house was occupied. At that point, but a bit late, we received a lot of info about the local highlights. Bottom line: This is a very nice place to stay if you care less about comfortably accomodation. From this perspective is 1230 € for 6 nights over priced.
We enjoyed staying at this house a lot. It's a small house fully equipped. The garden is beautiful with an amazing swimming pool. It's a pity that we didn't fully enjoyed the house because we left too early and came to Pamplona only for the San Femin. But, it's definitely worthwhile to spend time in the house and the garden. We met Joseba when we checked in but the rest of the time we were talking to Daniel, who explained to us things to see and to be care of in Pamplona during San Femin. There are 4 beds in the house and one sofa on the first floor. We had 5 people and 30 Euros additional fee was charged.
