The space
Sussargues is a village east of Montpellier, part of the Montpellier metropolitan area. Ideas for a stay? My welcome booklet awaits you in the villa... A little taste: The visit of the Roman church of Sussargues, the path of the four quarries, visit of the wine cellar of Sussargues and the Emilien cellar, skate park next door, Château de Castries, Sommières market on Saturday morning, visit of the city of Montpellier (17 km by car), hikes to Pic Saint-Loup (20 km), the beaches of La Grande Motte (20 km), the Camargue with the salt pans of the Midi, the manades on horseback or by 4X4, the beautiful city of Aigues Mortes, Massane golf course (Baillargues 5 km) the Étang de Thau with its oysters and the Venice of Languedoc with the beautiful city of Sète.

Upon arrival you have 3 parking spaces inside the property and one space outside.

The pool is heated from April to October.

You have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Linens and towels are optional (7 euros: Bed and 2 towels). 3 beds 160X200, 1 bed 140x190 + possibility of having a baby room.

Housekeeping fees are extra: 80 euros per stay. You decide upon arrival whether you want the cleaning service or not.

Kitchen facilities: Coffee maker with grinder (a package of coffee beans offered for your stay, electric kettle, Kenwood food processor, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.)

As a bonus, I provide the wine cellar if you like, you can help yourself. The bottle of wine is charged at the end of the stay between 15 and 20 euros/bottle).
