Beautiful bedroom in a historic and iconic Savannah home from 1888! Features a Queen bed and sweeping bay windows. Right down the hallway are two huge bathrooms shared with only two other rooms. A great way to experience Savannah in an old Victorian!

The space

This house is one of those most iconic in this part of Savannah with beautiful marble floors and stained glass windows. I've gotten really creative with the colors and the decor and would love to host colorful, interesting people who appreciate it!

Please Note: This room is located on the second floor and there is no elevator or handicapped access.

Guest access

This beautiful Victorian house has two and a half bathrooms shared between three rooms and a several shared spaces and sitting areas! There is also a full kitchen available to all guests and everything you need to make yourself at home. We also provide all toiletries and clean linens.

Interaction with guests

I live on the main floor of this three story house with my reclusive cat but mostly keep to myself. You can feel free to be a sociable or as quiet as you like! Guests often share breakfast together in the beautiful dining room on the main floor but feel free to come and go as you like.

Other things to note

This space is on the second floor of an old Victorian mansion and access is via several long staircases. As such, I do not recommend this room for those with mobility issues. I also would like to mention that my house is in a diverse neighborhood of a diverse city and my guests as well as neighbors reflect that. It's one of my favorite parts of hosting! If you are uncomfortable with others who may be of different skin color or beliefs as you, I would not recommend my home.

A lovely house (and room). We stayed for only one night, but the historic home left a wonderful impression. Very cute antique furnishings and the host, Rabo, provides very nice extra amenities, such as breakfast snacks, coffee, tea, a local guidebook to browse, and more. Just a short drive from the River, or a quick Lyft ride. Plenty of parking, too. Would recommend!

We loved staying here! The house and room were gorgeous and everything was so easy. Especially loved peanut the cat. We enjoyed talking to the other visitors, but we still had our privacy, which I liked.

I always enjoy staying in this house. The amenities are nice while maintaining the Victorian charm of the area and home.

Gorgeous, gorgeous house, very clean & comfortable. Since the house has several rooms, it feels a little less like a private residence and more like a true B&B. We didn’t have a car, which made the neighborhood feel a bit far from things. There’s nowhere within a half mile to get a coffee, except that which is thoughtfully provided in the house’s kitchen. Overall we loved our stay!

Hey guys! I'm a single traveler who's been both an airbnb host and guest for a long time. I love hosting and visiting people from around the world and learning new things, especially from fellow motorcyclists and campers. :) I'm an artist, writer, motorcycle traveler, general odd ball, and love to spend time out on the water, playing with old cars, or riding my bike... Or any other kind of fun! I would love to trade a few stories and adventures with you and I have been known to give personal motorcycle tours around Savannah too. ;)
