Seafront Olivegrove Studio is ideal nest for a couple or two friends who want to make memories in Montenegro. Pristine clean and in the shade of the olive trees, it offers ideal place to rest, sleep and plan the tour of Boka Bay and rest of Montenegro. Enviably located among three towns of Boka Bay (Tivat – 4.5 km away, Kotor – 12 km away and Herceg Novi 35 km away) it is great bed and breakfast hub. Beach and its bar are 1 min away whilst the private mooring is just across the street.

The space
Studio is located on the ground floor of the family house. Convenience of the parking and the patio shaded with the olive trees in front makes it ideal for the guests to enjoy al fresco dining, air, views and smooth transition of outdoor and indoor space.
Studio consists of the spacious area where the bed, sofa which can be converted into bed for 1 person (preferably a child), wardrobe and table with two chairs.
Compact yet fully equipped kitchen consists of the stove (two circles), small fridge, sink with tap and kitchen elements to store dishes. Bathroom consists of the shower, sink and toilet.
The charm is in the lovely energy, views, positioning and the cleanliness of the apartment which is absolutely ideal for two.
