I am sorry if you had the sensation I wasn't enough responsive, we were talking at the phone three times when you arrived and we were communicating both by phone and by messages in the website.
As I write you before I am very sorry for the internet problem; as you have seen it was working on/off. It seemed to work again after the storm, that we saw together with you that it was not a reliable connection, it wasn't something we wanted to 'cover', it was just something we didn't know at the moment you arrived. We invited you to use internet in our house, that is just there and no-one is there during the day; of course it is not the same thing and I know that, but it is the only solution we had and it was a way not to use all your data.
Thank you for the suggestion about bathroom curtain, I never thought about that, thanks.
About the rest, I will check everything, especially the dust on the windowsill, cause I really care about everything to be clean.
