Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enter the gated 5 acres into a lush green oasis. The studio has a sunny welcoming deck with dining umbrella covered table, plenty of seating and lounging area. Newly remodeled studio with full kitchen including granite countertops, floating shelfs and tons of natural light. The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

The space
Spend the morning sipping coffee on the sunny deck and enjoying the beautiful mountain valley. Many mornings there are deer wandering through the property. The bright kitchen has a table for four and surrounding windows to enjoy the great outdoors from inside. A full kitchen allows for home cooked meals and relaxing or playing games. Full size refrigerator stocked with some essentials awaits your personal drink and food favorites. In the evening return to the deck and make some s'mores over the propane firepit or out on the property to the wood firepit when available. The wood firepit is by permission as there may be a fire ban. Enjoy watching a late night movie on the 60" flat screen tv or getting comfortable with your book and a cup of tea. The bathroom has a luxurious shower and a 1 sink vanity, small but beautiful. Climb the stair/ladder to the bunkbed like loft to two queen beds. For your convenience there is a charging outlet for phones and open the window to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Guest access
The studio and deck are all yours and very private. The property is shared with one other residence however it is unoccupied. The residence to the south is not occupied so please enjoy the property to the south of the entrance driveway to the property line fence. The wood firepit is shared space and can be used with our permission as we have to call the Intercanyon fire department.

Neighbourhood highlights

Located 25 minutes west of Denver just 5 minutes off of Highway 285. The property is partially fenced and extremely private. Our neighbors are located on larger than 1 acre lots but we all are very respectful of privacy and want to keep our valley quiet and peaceful. Please let us know if you have any questions.
