Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly turn-of-the-century house from 1860. The house is located in the culturally-rich "Kvarnbyn" and is surrounded by beautiful houses and cobblestone streets. Quiet area right by the rapids. 15-minute walk to Stensjön where you can swim, run, play beach volleyball or just enjoy the surroundings. Gunnebo Castle is close by with beautiful gardens.
15 minutes by car to Gothenburg
30 minutes if you go by public bus & or tram

The space
The house is large and spacious at about 200 sqm. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a toilet. (1 king size bed in bedroom 1 and a 140 cm bed in bedroom 2) There is also a living room with a beautiful tiled stove and another TV room.
On the 2nd floor there is a spacious, open kitchen, dining room with fireplace. Bedroom 3 (king size bed) is adjacent as well as the bathroom.
A cozy, tasteful home for cozy dinners inside or outside. We have a lovely little garden with dining area and Weber gas grill that can be used.

You have access to the entire house except for the doors where it says "private"
There is a wardrobe in guest room 1 on the ground floor as well as in the hall and a vacant wardrobe in the bedroom on floor 2.

Other things to note
We have an outdoor cat named Vimsan, she needs 1 dl of food & water morning & evening. She likes to cuddle, but you don't have to give her love if you don't want to :)
She comes in sometimes when and if she can. Close the front door or the door to your bedrooms if you don't want her there. She sleeps in the basement at night.

A beautiful river/rapids are just below the house. The whole area is surrounded by beautiful old buildings. Nice viewpoints. Close to Stensjön for swimming and activities.
Close to Gunnebo Castle & Gardens.
Close to Mölndal galleria.
15 minutes by car to Liseberg & Gothenburg

Mölndal City Museum is located at the beginning of our street as well as a café.
In the center of Mölndal there are restaurants that are really good are Italian “ Centrale” .
Below the house there is pizzeria and thai - restaurant.
