• The entire Studio apartment is exclusively for the 4 registered guests.
• Common areas (lobby, pool and gardens) are shared
• Ground floor of a residential complex
• Window is directly pool-facing
• The sofa cum bed for 3rd guest is in the same room (it is small most suited for children, and by design may not be as comfortable as a bed)
• The unit does not have a balcony

• Housekeeping is not included. We can share contacts for you to hire directly
• No refunds for Power/ Internet outages - they're common in Goa
