There is NO landline in the house so it is recommended that LODGER has access to a cellular telephone. The house has Xfinity (Comcast) cable on the upper and lower level televisions and well as Internet. In-home activities are board games, Wii, and portable DVD player.
Linens and towels are provided. Linens for the upper level bedroom are in the outside drawers of the bed. Those for the other bedrooms are in the first floor closets of both bedrooms. Washcloths are rolled inside of towels in the left cabinet of the first floor bathroom.
Upon departure, please put all used sheets and towels in the first floor bathroom (floor is fine). Please wash all dishes and dispose of trash as there is no trash service in Chesapeake Ranch Estates. The address is notes on the last page of the document found in the house.
There are smoke detectors on EACH level of the home and a working fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the top cabinet to the left of the refrigerator.
In addition to eight (8) individual sleeping areas, there is a bed topper and sleeping bags in the upper level bedroom left closet that may be used for sleeping as well. No cribs are available.
Noise levels shall be reasonable. LODGER and GUESTS are responsible for any complaints made by the neighbors and/or which warrant police involvement.
Entire house! Feel free to take portable tables, chairs, and swing cushion and cover outside as long as it is returned to the inside of the home following use to protect from theft and the elements.

Other things to note
Use coasters. More are in the top right drawer by the front door as well as available throughout the house.
Kindly text me if anything requires attention such as dish washing detergent, light bulbs, etc.
LODGER accepts the responsibility to maintain properly said property during occupancy and agrees to replace or repair and pay for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by LODGER or GUESTS of LODGER during occupancy, other than normal use, wear, and tear. There is NO maid service during stay. Entering the detached garage is prohibited. The code is different from the house code.
LODGER accepts occupancy of said premises and relieves Tonya M. Logan as owner, of any responsibility to LODGER of any and all liability arising during or from LODGER’S occupancy of this house. In the event there is a breach under this agreement, the LODGER agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and costs.
LODGER agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the OWNER of the house. Upon infraction of these rules by any party, or GUESTS of LODGER, OWNER may, at her option, terminate this agreement and occupancy by giving 24-hour notice to LODGER. In the event the LODGER does not agree to abide by this notice, LODGER forfeits ALL monies.
LODGER agrees that LODGER and GUESTS are using the gas grill, dock, beaches, pedal boat, kayak, wood-burning fireplace, wood-burning stove, and other amenities at their own risk, and that all children will be supervised at all times. Life jackets MUST be worn at all times while in Lake Lariat and alcohol is prohibited when not on the property. Kindly do NOT partake of any alcohol found inside of the house.
NO smoking! Pets are fine as long as you clean up after them (including outside).
I began my child welfare social work career in 1991 and hold District of Columbia and Maryland clinical licenses. I serve on the Center for Infant and Child Loss’ Advisory Committee, am a certified grief specialist, facilitate a support group, and counsel newly bereaved parents. I have published a book, “Mommie’s Bright Sunshine,” which details my experience in overcoming tragedy.
