Make your Goa trip memorable with a luxurious stay with us at our Candolim Abode located at SUN AND SAND. The house is fully Air-conditioned, AC 1 BHK with 1 bathroom (photos for reference in listing) , huge balcony, queen Size Bed, Couch and sofa cum bed in drawing area means there is enough to accommodate groups of up to 6 people, LED TV with Cable connection, Sofa, Ironing board, Fresh linen, Full-fledged kitchen, Fully automatic washing machine, Power Back-up for fans and lights, a Smoking area in the balcony, we have all covered.

For check-in/check-out after 8 PM till 8AM, there will be a convenience fee of 200 rupees subject to availability. This amount goes towards compensating the caretaker to travel from his place for checking in/out guests n return and off-working efforts

✓ One Original ID Copy of EACH of the guests and a Refundable Deposit of 2000 rupees is required to be deposited at the time of check-in. This is towards the security of property and house keys.

Key Tags with main keys have been connected to the ACs to switch them off on removing them from their place while going out. Please remove them and carry along while going out. It is forbidden to remove the keytags from the keys or each other and will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit as it is an electrical hazard.

✓ If original house keys with keytags are lost/ broken, an amount of 1000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.

✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
