A perfect little retreat to write in, with lively views over the river and a lovely family (+ pooch) hosting! Would come here again at the first opportunity.

We loved our stay at Jane and Phil’s cabin. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful, our highlight was sitting on the porch in the sun looking down at the valley below. The cabin had everything we needed and it really felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the freshly laid eggs and Tess checking up on us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vista and a beautiful place to stay. We have a 4y/o and 6mth old and there was plenty of room for our family. Hosts Jane and Phil were very accomodating - we loved the place and had a great stay.

We are a family of three, with a dog and 9 chooks. We adore our property and surrounds here in Southern Tasmania and are lucky to be part of a creative and dynamic wider Cygnet community. Phil's a big reader and published writer, I am generally busy in the garden with Tess, our dog and our daughter is a keen drama student with a passion for soccer. We love meeting new people and we find hosting to be lots of fun.
