HOUSE RULES

- Strictly NO SMOKING inside unit. Penalty of RM200 will be imposed for breaking the rule.

- THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL HOTEL, BUT YOUR HOME :-)
Please take good care on everything.

- Check in time is 3pm. If you wish to arrive early, please inform us upon booking as the unit might not be ready.

- There are no daily housekeeping services (for more than a day stay). Shall you need cleaning or housekeeping during your stay, kindly request upon booking. (subject to charges)

- No SHOES in all Malaysian home. You can store your shoe at dedicated shoe rack.

- NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. please!!!

- We love fur kids, but sorry that our suite wasn't pets friendly - NO PETS.

- Support GO GREEN!!! Please turn off all water, water heater, air conditioners, lights and all electrical device when leaving the suite or when not in use.

- Strictly no additional Visitor or overnight Guest without Host prior permission. We need confirmed pax of occupants to register with gate security. We do not wish to cause any trouble to you or your Guests.

- Please do us a favour after you use the dishes. Wash and place them back. Thanks!

- Please turn off all windows when is raining or when you leave the suites. We do not wish any troublesome dripping problem happened during your stay.

- Travel guides, maps, guide books, cushion, games & toys are enjoying staying in this suite... Please do not bring them out. If you need any of them as ‘souvenier’, you may request from us. (Subject to charges and availability)

- Quiet hours upon 10pm. Kindly tune down and enjoy the serene in the night.
