This modern home is a gem in the heart of the most sought after holiday destination in Goa. It's 12 mins drive from Vagator beach & 5 min from the most famous restaurants of Goa: Gunpowder, Mustard etc. Fitted with contemporary furniture, the villa offers all amenities you would need to spend a relaxing time with family and friends. The gated community has 24X7 security and the villa will be cleaned once a day. The villa has an inverter for the frequent power cuts in Goa (no genset).

The space
LOCATION
This villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa: you will be at mid point between the famous Candolim/ Calangute and Morjim/ Ashvem beaches. Visit the local but seasonal Hill Top market, grab a nice sunset drink at W hotel or cycle early morning between the fields on the famous coconut road with CyclingZen, you are at the heart of activities

EATING
Discover brunch at Mojigao or try local Goan food at Vinayak, Olive will be your best place for lunch with a view over the ocean. In the evening, head to Sublime or Gunpowder. The best of what Goa has to offer will be within a 5-10 min drive. Alternatively, make yourself a gourmet meal after shopping in the local markets.

LIVING AREA
Step into the world where the flooring is made up of handmade Terrazzo tiles! Be one with the nature because of the big, glass windows and be prepared to spend the next few days in peace and harmony. The villa opens into spacious living-dining area with a view over the pool. Each piece of furniture and painting has been sourced with a care for detail by a passionate designer. For those who need to remain connected, Wifi & Tata sky will be available at the villa. You can access the private pool from the living area.

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. They are on the first floor, the Master Bedroom has an attached balcony. The 5th person can be accommodated on an extra mattress at a charge.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights. For the frequent Goan power outage, the villa is equipped with an INVERTER back-up which will power the lights, fan, wifi & 2 charging points for 4 to 6h (no GENSET).

NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail the monthly discount, the water, electricity, internet, Tata Sky and laundry of linen & towels are charged as per the actual bills. We collect Rs. 20,000 security deposit in cash the time of check-in against these.

Guest access
You will have the entire villa, pool and garden to yourself. The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. The Villa is located on Level 3 wherein you have to climb around 50 - 60 Steps to reach the Villa.

Other things to note
GROCERIES – If you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service.

MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredients and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Zomato and Swiggy deliver to the building.

LATE CHECK-OUT and EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the villa at that time.

PARKING - Parking is available at the property on "first-come, first-served" basis.
