The space

This lovely flat sits on top of Lombard Street just steps below Coit Tower and overlooking North Beach. Rent one room in my 2-bedroom apartment nightly, weekly or monthly rental in San Francisco.

The flat has 2 bedrooms (I reside in the master bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and a comfortable living room. The apartment has just been completely remodeled. The rooms are comfortable and well lit. The apartment has wood floors and original Victorian detailing. You will find the apartment tastefully decorated complete with linens, towels and the kitchen has all the supplies for cooking. I have WiFi through out the house and a large living room TV for your viewing pleasure.

Built in 1912, the building retains its old-world historic charm. It is situated in one of the most fabulous SF neighborhoods -- on Lombard Street on Telegraph Hill, blocks from North Beach. Known for its scenic views, zig-zag streets and pocket parks, North Beach is also home to extraordinary restaurants, night-clubs and cafes.

Transportation is easy (no need for a car)- plenty of taxis, bus lines (to Union Square, Market Street, CalTrain and Bart Station, the Marina District, SoMa, Fort Mason and the Presidio) and the cable car, connecting Fisherman's Wharf and downtown San Francisco (Powell) are just around the corner. You'll be staying steps famous Fisherman's Wharf with the Aquarium of the Bay, Aquatic Park, Pier 39, Coit Tower, Washington Square Park, lovely Lombard Street, Chinatown, Cable Car Museum, Ghirardelli Square, dozens of great cafes/bars/restaurants, famous European style restaurants on Columbus, banks, gyms, ferry boat terminals and all of downtown San Francisco. You really can get anywhere in the city quickly because of the central location. If you do come with a car I suggest looking for a pay lot near by rather than searching for street parking. Telegraph Hill and North Beach are notorious for difficult street parking.

I work normal weekday business hours, am quiet, clean, and respectful. I'm happy to give you ideas on places to go and things to do. San Francisco is such a wonderful city to visit and there are always so many great things to enjoy year around.

Awesome place, located a couple of blocks from Coit Tower and Washington Square. There are stairs (and a hill) to climb so keep that in mind, but it really is a great location. Also, if you like dogs you'll love Lucy, she's very sweet and will play with you! (if you don't like do…

Margie and Lucy was great hosts. We really enjoyed our time at SF. She was so thoughtful to provide us umbrella and flexible check-in and check-out time. Everything at her places is accurate as ( or even better!) you can see in the pictures. Lucy seems to be a big dog but she is …
