BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· To confirm your reservation you must pay the entire total value of the stay (100%), remember that without this advance your stay will not be reserved or insured, this resulting in another client being able to choose that date.
· The reservation will not be confirmed until CABAÑAS EL ABUELO has received its deposit and the client sends us proof of payment and reservation information.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE:
- The booking confirmation contains details of the registration procedure and arrival guidelines.
Check in will be from 3:00 pm. Check-out will be at 12:00 pm. From the day of your departure
· If you purchased one of our packages with decoration or activities, please tell us your arrival time
-Maximum arrival time with the right to dinner: 8:00 PM
Maximum arrival time at our facilities: 11 PM (Without the right to dinner)
*CANCELLATION OR CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Any cancellation and rescheduling is subject to the following:
1. Cancellation
· In the event of a cancellation of the activity, this will result in a fine of 100% of the total value of the rental, with the above understood, no refund or partial or total refund of the value stated in the reservation will be made.
· The client is given the option to change guests or reschedule the activity.
2. Rescheduling
· In the event of not being able to attend the reserved rental day, you may reschedule the reservation date only once, having an agenda of a maximum of one month for the day of the new reservation. You must take into account that the requested rescheduling date is subject to availability.
Rescheduling conditions:
· You must inform a maximum of 3 days before the scheduled date
· A fine will have to be paid to carry out the rescheduling
· If the previous conditions are not met, the activity will be considered canceled (read point 1 on cancellations)
