Our cozy 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Sebago Lake region with lakes just minutes from the house and the mountains and ocean a short drive away.
Maine is one of the most spectacular places to be during the summer and fall. There is still another month of summer left with temps. still in the 70's and 80's. Don't forget to book early for the fall foliage season as well. Fall foliage runs from about the 1st weekend of October to the 3rd weekend.
Open concept on the second floor with living room and kitchen. There is a spacious master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs floor,
We provide a fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry, towels, soap, iron and ironing board, child booster seat, safety gate and laundry drop off. Outside, sit and enjoy dinner with spectacular gardens all around and enjoy a night around the campfire. Just ask and I will set it up for you.
Note: Please note that this is a second floor apartment with bedrooms and bathroom on the third floor. Not suitable for guests with physical limitations.
Sebago Lake Region has many lakes, hiking trails and running trails within minutes of the apartment. Just an 8 minute walk to the bus route which provides bus transportation to Portland Maine and connections to other cities and the ocean.

I love to help out my guests with planning day trips to make the most out of their excursions. Our welcome book provides suggestions for day trips, hiking, canoeing, guided tours, whale watching, theme parks and much more.
Other things to note
Outside of the usual summer activities of canoeing, fishing, hiking and you may wish to go for a cruise on the Naples River Queen, have a picnic up on Hackers Hill with great mountain vistas as a backdrop. Explore the islands of Casco Bay, go whale watching, deep sea fishing or be a lobster-man for a day. Just a 35 minute drive, Portland has dozens of restaurants and night clubs, foodie tours and historical tours. Visit the many seaports, lighthouses and forts and plan on stopping by Freeport for a day of shopping. Don't forget that Freeport is the home of Maine's famous L.L. Bean.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. We are on a septic system and well so we request that our guests conserve on water and only put toilet paper down the toilet. Small quiet gatherings are acceptable. Absolutely no smoking or pets on the premises - subject to an additional cleaning fee. There is a designated outdoor area for smoking. We only have showers available; no tubs available for bathing infants or toddlers.
I am very easy going and love to help my guests with their vacation needs. I love to share my knowledge of Maine, I enjoy the outdoors, love bbq's and I love sharing my knowledge of gardening, both vegetable and flower gardens.
