We have a small 15-lb dog who lives on property and is always on a leash.
We do request no-smoking and no-pets. We want you to enjoy your stay but do ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum. There is a 2-guest maximum unless otherwise approved by owners; should this be violated the guest will be subject to a fee of 1x the highest nightly rate during the reservation.
