Cute one bedroom+bathroom+balcony stay. Spacious room for two at complete value. Very clean and well maintained room. The room is on the 4th floor (with stairs only). My guess is, it's an ancestral house with host's extended family staying across all the other floors. Even though we had a lot of heavy luggage, Candy and her father insisted on carrying it (I was so embarrassed). Excellent location right at the centre of Old quarters. Candy had kept a list of near- by eats along with a map ready for you. All the usual places one needs to go to, are reachable by foot from here. She helped me locate nearby money exchangers. We had very clear communication right from the time of booking. She offered us airport pick up at a nominal price and even recommended an online visa agent. Very sweet and nice host and home! Definitely recommend it all.

Candy is an amazing host. I'd go to the extent saying that if I ever start my listing in Airbnb then I'd like to emulate Candy. Starting from my first interaction she was very prompt. Every email was responded with options within 30 minutes (sometimes even lesser). Located right at the middle of the busy market, yet no noise at night - the room was large and decor was awesome. Running hot water trumped it up

Candy was an excellent host even offered to book me alternative accommodation for a night when my flight came in a day earlier. Apartment is in a really nice spot also. Would definitely recommend.

It was so nice to stay here. Candy was kind of me. She let me know what place is good to visit. But the one thing i was afraid of was a dog!! The dog always barked when i get back. Except that, everything was good.

For the value and location, this is a fantastic homestay! The room was very clean, and all aspects of our stay (check-in, coming and going, check-out) was super easy and smooth. Candy helped us organize all of our airport transportation which made our trip less stressful. She also has excellent communication. If you are uncomfortable climbing a few sets of stairs, be aware that there's a little bit of exercise included in this location. ( We were happy to burn a few extra calories to make up for all the Vietnamese treats! ;) ) The location is great- very close to a lot of street food, and the old quarter. There's even a nice coffee shop with a very sweet owner (Buddy) that's just a few doors away. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was a little low (hot water is good, but be aware of how to use the water heater), and it was very quiet at night... We'd be happy to stay again!
