Beautiful,new,modern and comfortable studio in the very center of Dubrovnik,yet peaceful and quiet,with splendid views of marina, harbor,cruise ships and city. Close to everything,bus station to Old  Town and beach right in front of the building. Shops,bars,restaurants 1-5 minutes walking, main bus station and port of Dubrovnik 10 min away.Accommodate up to 4 persons,queen size bed,and sofa bed (convert to full bed). Free, secure parking in the building.

The space
40 square meters, (400 square feet) of modern brand new studio with brand new furniture and appliances, with full kitchen with granite countertop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils etc., everything you may need to enjoy cooking with local ingredients. It has a terrace with a gorgeous views of harbor, cruise ships, marina and city. Flat screen smart TV, Netflix, YouTube etc, AC, all the furniture brand new for your comfortable and unforgettable stay. Free and secure parking is available on the roof of the building.

Gruz district is perfect for guests who want to explore all that Dubrovnik has to offer. Grocery stores,fresh fish and green market,numerous cafes and bars,restaurants,everything within 2 to 5 min walking distance.

Banks, bus station,port,travel and rent a car agency's boat trips etc.everything conveniently located 2 to 10 min walking distance.Apartment is located in the very center of Dubrovnik, very close to everything and in the same time if you need a good rest after a hot beach day or a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony it's perfect for it. I have to mention that this neighborhood and city of Dubrovnik in general is extremely safe place to visit.

GETTING AROUND
Bus station to the Old Town (and other parts of city as well) is in front of the building, and ride to old Town is around 8 minutes..or simply take a walk in beautiful sunny Mediterranean day and in approximately 15  min you will be in old city :)..
Main bus station is 10 minutes walking distance from the flat so it's convenient if you want to take a trip to a country side. For those who prefer islands, Gruz harbour and ticket office is 7 to 8 minutes away.


Another thing I want to mention,  almost all of my guests never use their car while they are in Dubrovnik. Using car in Dubrovnik in this time of the year can be sometimes very stressful due to heavy traffic, one way roads, lack of parking and expensive as well. Parking around old Town is anywhere from 7 to 10 euros per hour, if you find parking in the first place. Dubrovnik is not big city and it has great public transport which is reliable and affordable. Also local taxi and uber are very reliable and very inexpensive, up to 5 euros or less from my place to old Town, much less to the other parts of the city.
In case you use your car we will provide you with free and secure parking that is located on the roof of our building.
