I relied on Uber and my friends to get around because you really can't walk anywhere from here. This is one of the most convenient locations in Eden Prairie, hence being named Southwest Station which is directly next door to the transit station. The property also features walking trails connecting the park system in Eden Prairie. It is also within feet (2min walk) of several restaurants (culvers, sawadee, chipotle, noodles etc) and caribou coffee. It is also within a 10 minute walk of the Eden Prairie mall, Lifetime Flagship athletic club, grocery store (whole foods), wells fargo, redstone, champs, old chicago, kona grill, prairie pub, wildfire grill, and several other dining/entertainment options. The condo seemed clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no soap in the showers and no dishwasher/laundry starter packs. Nowhere stated do we supply these items, we've run into issues with supplying liquids for personal hygiene, they don't suit all guests regarding allergies, etc. Finishings are standard laminate and one-piece tubs so I don't know I'd go so far as to say it is a "luxury" condo. Southwest Station is very well appointed and the best value in the area for quality finishes. It was spacious, had good secure parking underground and was close to the elevator in a large building. Check-in was not good. I arrived after a 20 hour flight and had asked for check-in instructions in advance because I knew I'd be tired. I did not receive them. The front entry light was burned out so I could not easily find the door and host kept telling me to look for the fountain, when had been turned off for the winter. He did call me back after I left a message and walked me through finding the place, calling the security desk and getting into the apartment. Once I finally got in, everything was fine. I'm sorry you had an issue with the directions we gave to locate the door. We are not in charge of operating the fountain (Southwest Station building managment) nor the exterior lighting on the building. When we heard of the light burnt out, I contacted management first thing the following morning to replace. Wifi access and PW are under the router in the master bedroom. host should type up the instructions and PW and post in the condo. Instructions are clear on the router themselves and as explained, case sensitive. Area is very safe and secure. Near bus station that pretty much goes to downtown Minneapolis. You'll need a car here. Car is nice to have, but with planning and using the transit station, you can travel freely on the SWS transit system. Also, all questions or concerns from the guest were dealt with immediately.
