The Tiny Glass House offers a self-sufficient, unique glamping experience unlike any other, only 13 miles from High Falls State Park. Sleep under the stars, then wake up surrounded by nature, cozy in a tiny house with windows surrounding you. Enjoy the hot tub and outdoor fire pit next to the beautiful creek, & go on a hike on the secluded 100-acre property, or enjoy one of our exclusive packages. Restoration is yours at The Tiny Glass House.

The space
The Tiny Glass House is a one-of-a-kind glamping (glamourous camping) experience. There is no Wi-Fi, and the source of electricity is from a 1000W battery that we provide. We provide you with the essentials to be comfortable, but please be aware that this does require self-reliance. We believe that having to put your hand to something is a wonderful way to be present and connected to the moment. We also offer Add-on Packages for additional fees.

☀︎ Inside The Glass House ☀︎
Upon arrival, everything you will need for your stay will be at the foot of the queen memory foam bed. We provide you with a battery, a propane cooktop, a 40-gallon cooler, two 30-degree sleeping bags (cold months only), linens, towels, and games. There is also an “A/C” unit, which blows cold air when ice is put in the tank. Please be aware that the house is not fully air-conditioned. On either side of the bed, there are lanterns for your use. Please use them in the evenings to move about the property.

Since the house is completely surrounded by glass, there are privacy curtains you can close along the sides.

There is a bathhouse behind the house that contains both the toilet and outdoor shower (cold water only).

☀︎ The Outdoor Area ☀︎
Along The Tiny Glass House and the outdoor area runs a beautiful little creek. There is an outdoor firepit complete with two Adirondack chairs, skewers, a grill cover, and firewood*. Beside the firepit is the amazing hot tub. This is an off-grid hot tub that heats up from an internal stove. You will be required to make a fire and keep it going for it to heat up (this takes about 1 ½ to 2 hours). We provide step-by-step instructions to make it easy. The entire outdoor area is surrounded by romantic string lights. (It is up to the guest to be able to make a fire. Being unable to build a fire will not result in a refund. YouTube is a great source. If you need help, ask!)

*We provide 20 pieces of firewood for the fire pit and hot tub. We offer additional firewood for $5/bundle (8 pieces). Please arrange this with me ahead of time if you would like to purchase more.

There is a water spicket with fresh running water that comes from a well. It has not been tested, so we advise boiling water before drinking it (or bring filtered water with you!).

The Tiny Glass House is privately nestled in 100 acres. There are other Airbnbs on the property, but they are out of sight. The only time you will see others is on the road or on the trails. There are over 2 miles of maintained and clearly marked trails for your use. It is common to see wildlife such as deer, turkeys, rabbits, butterflies and more! Aside from the creek the house sits on, there is another larger creek that runs along the property that makes for a fun wading spot or beautiful photos! (Note: When booking your stay, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the Liability Waiver at the end of the listing description.)

About 20 minutes away from the home is High Falls State Park, which is a very fun place to go with hiking, a giant waterfall, kayaking, canoeing, etc.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Will I have phone service?
A: I cannot guarantee that you will have service. Most people always have talk/text with some data. I know that Verizon doesn’t have great service. AT&T and T-Mobile/Sprint seem to have the best.

Q: I’ve never camped before. Is this something that I can do?
A: YES! Our goal in this is to be able to bring camping to those who may not have the gear or experience to do so. We provide guides on how to start fires, how to use the hot tub, and other helpful tips.

Q: Since there isn’t heating, how will I stay warm in the colder months?
A: Along with a down comforter, we also provide 30-degree sleeping bags for your use. Georgia nights typically don’t get much below 25-30 degrees in the winter. They are plenty warm and we have tested them in the coldest of nights!

Q: I’m interested in an Add-on Package. How do I go about booking that?
A: Let me know when you book that you're interested. I will send you the different options we have, and then I will send you a money request through Airbnb for you to pay.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Yes, dogs are allowed for a $30 pet fee. Please be sure to add them to your reservation.

Q: What about food?!
A: There are many ways to enjoy food at The Tiny Glass House. You can either bring items to cook (think simple, campstyle food), or go get food at many local places and bring it with you.

Hey there! I’m a wife, mom, business owner and nature lover. Traveling is probably my favorite thing to do, as I love experiencing new things. Creating experiences for others through hosting on Airbnb has been such a cool thing for me, too. Life is too short — live it to the fullest!
