Come visit the Chapel Compound right in the heart of Downtown Charleston. This is a joint listing of 3 separate homes! We are a few short blocks from the hustle and bustle of King Street. Close enough to walk, but away from the noise! Perfect for groups traveling for weddings, graduation, or retreats! We would love to accommodate you! This property features 3 homes on the property. One is a former wedding chapel that has been fully renovated and converted to a 5-bedroom; 4 ½ bathroom home. This home has many unique architectural features that have been retained during the conversion of the wedding chapel. The living/kitchen area is highlighted by soaring 20-foot ceilings and a beautiful heart pine floating stairwell with an abundance of natural light. The Chapel Loft retained its original doors, which lead to a street-front patio. The back carriage house duplex features two four-bedroom, four-bathroom suites that provide ample space to accommodate large parties.

A vacation rental that is able to accommodate a family or group of this size, (3 kitchens, 13 beds and 12.5 baths) is something you won't find anywhere in Downtown Charleston.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
