This 32 m² apartment offers a magnificent view of Nauzan Beach.
Bright and functional, it awaits you for holidays close to the sea. Its large balcony allows you to settle in for friendly moments facing the sea.

The space
Located in a secure building with an elevator, this apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Completely renovated, it offers all the comforts for relaxing. From the entrance, the hallway leads to a large bathroom on the right (Italian shower with vanity and toilet). On the left, a closet with sliding doors to accommodate your jackets and coats.
Opposite, a fully renovated and equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) has plenty of storage.
On the left, the living room, which opens onto the 9 m² balcony, is furnished with a beautiful oval dining table and 4 chairs. A sofa bed and 2 small coffee tables complete the whole.
