The space
The high-end single-story house with an area of 175 m2 consists of a spacious and bright family kitchen with a beautiful central island, an induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare delicious meals to share with friends or family.

The adjoining dining room with its large table will welcome you when the weather is less clement because in the summer, you will prefer to take your meals in the shade of the light wind in the summer dining room and you will relax in the outdoor lounge, surrounded by greenery.

An elegant living room extends this 75 m2 living room.

3 beautiful bedrooms (18, 16 and 12 m2) that are very comfortable, including a master suite with bathroom (12 m2) and dressing room, complete the set.

A covered garage and private parking on the property will facilitate your parking.
