Enjoy this beautiful, warm and modern apartment for your professional or tourist stays in Brittany.
It is on the first floor of a house divided into several apartments. It is a very quiet area and yet you are close to all amenities, the university, the IUT, the IFPS, the RN12, the shopping area and the city center.
If you come by car, you can park for free in front of the house. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away.

The space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet house and yet close to the city center. It consists of a large living room of 32 m2 which includes the living room with dining area and a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen so you can cook good little dishes.
All overlooking a large west-facing balcony on which you can recharge in the evening to watch the sunset.
You also have two beautiful east facing rooms to make you wake up by the sun in the morning. You will sleep well in the very comfortable 140cm beds with their hotel-quality mattresses.
If you are more than 6 people, it is possible to have with an additional charge a 3rd bedroom with double bed located on the ground floor (ask us in this case). It is separate from the apartment.
The bathroom has a large shower and window as well as a sink with a large mirror. The 2 toilets are separated. The apartment has an area of 62m2.

Guest access

The nearest beach is Le Valet beach which is 5 minutes away by car. The large Rosaires beach is only a 12 minute drive by expressway. You can ride bikes (possibility to rent bikes) or take walking tours on the customs road.
The house is very well located to go to the island of Bréhat in 40 minutes, to Saint Malo in 1 hour, to the Côte de Granite Rose in 55 minutes and to Mont Saint Michel in about 1h20.
