Bring the whole family and enjoy this stunning piece of history with lots of room for enjoyment! “The Vera Haus” was built in 1921 as a wedding gift for Vera (Hartenbower) Blood from her groom Clarence Blood. The couple married Dec. 18th 1921. The home has its original quarter sawn oak wood work & doors throughout, oak wood floors, laundry chute, central vacuum, coal stove, the list goes on! Outside you can stargaze on the wrap around porch and enjoy the spacious corner lot & beautiful trees!

The space
The Vera Haus provides a large living room with full functioning gas fireplace operated with remote and 65 in frame tv + free Wi-Fi.
~1 size full/standard bed in the sunroom bedroom on the main floor. The sunroom has French doors with shades and all windows have black out curtains for privacy.
~Main floor has a very large kitchen containing anything and everything you might need. Off the kitchen are two separate full size dining rooms and a half bath at the end of the hall. The back porch sunroom off of the kitchen has a washer and dryer along with a long wheelchair ramp to door ~Upstairs is 5 large bedrooms. Each with their own thermostats. The master has a king size bed + full bathroom with tub and shower + smart tv, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed + smart tv, bedroom 3 has a queen and two twin size beds, the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed + smart tv + half bathroom, sun room also has a full size bed plus daybed. There is a full main bathroom off the hallway with tub and shower!

Guest access
Guests will access the property through an electronic igloo home device on the front door. An electronic code will be provided the day before check in.

Other things to note
There is lots of room for parking! The home has a large driveway that you can drive through on two sides of the house along with street parking.
