The 1,250 sq. ft. pool view apartment is in Emerald Isles, a gated complex located in idyllic and peaceful village in Canca Parra, North Goa. A naturally ventilated apartment with plenty of sunlight and fresh air. In today's frantic world, it is important to create a peaceful environment and we have been mindful in selecting happy colours for the interior and furnished it with comfy furniture to give you the space to ponder.

Swimming pool is now open for guests and swimwear is a MUST.

The space
The USP is that you wake up with the sunrise and chirping birds. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with high ceiling. Stable high speed internet makes WFH (Work from home) easy and also compensates for the cellular network. Kitchen is equipped RO Water Purifier with the primary intention to reduce plastic waste along with the other cooking essentials.

AC bedroom, Wi-Fi, LED TV with Tata Sky, refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, induction cookware, RO Water Filter, hot water geyser, inverter backup for power failure and fire extinguisher for safety

The Parra Scenic Road also known as Dear Zindagi Road, seen in Bollywood movies is within a k.m. distance. Anjuna & Vagator beaches are 5 to 5.5 kms away, a ride/drive of about 10-15 minutes. Assagao, place with the highly rated and most sought after restaurants and coffee places is located a km and half away.

Swimming Pool is now open for guests. Guest are requested to follow the following:

2. Shower before swimming
3. Eating, drinking & smoking not allowed on pool deck
4. Noise / music prohibited.
5. No lifeguard, swim at your own risk

7. Pool Timing - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The stunning swimming pool is now open and you are allowed to swim with proper swimwear. The pool attendant will stop you from accessing the pool if you are not in the proper swimming attire.
