VILLA VIPA is a pool villa in a peaceful area of Naiharn, on prestigious Soi Naya. Just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, massage salons, gyms, and a local supermarket, and only 5 minutes’ drive to Naiharn and Rawai beaches. Located in a secure, quiet community, it offers perfect privacy and an ideal location for your dream beach holiday.

To move around, you can always ask me in advance if you need to rent a scooter or a car, we already have a partnerships that will allow you to have the best rates and recent scooters or cars.
To park, the parking space is the parking number V5.

The villa is surrounded by high private walls. It is not shared with other hosts. The villa has a covered parking space.

So you have all the private indoor and outdoor space, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Other things to note
As part of our security policy, we are required to collect a refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 upon check-in.

The full deposit will be returned to you at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules have been followed.

You may pay the deposit in cash in Thai baht (THB) or the equivalent amount in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or British pounds (GBP) based on the exchange rate on the day of check-in.

Cleaning and Linen Policy:

To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule:

The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels.

After 3 additional nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen.

Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months.

Not included:
Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
