You will be surrounded by Almaty's major attractions, parks, fountains, trendy restaurants, coffee shops and wineries. The place is ideal for a couple or a small family/group.

The apartment is on the fifth floor in a walk-up building on Abylai Khan Avenue. Few minutes from the Opera House and renowned Stolichnyi Shop (est. 1959).

The space
The apartment consists of one bedroom, reception room, kitchen with a large dining area, bathroom and foyer. The total area of the apartment is 70 sq.m.

This stunning place benefits from very high ceilings (3.5 meters), large windows that thoroughly fill the space with light and air, as well as French doors in the reception room and kitchen.

The bedroom, reception room and dining area have Canadian oak parquet flooring, while the floor in the remaining spaces has Italian tiles. The apartment is refurbished with European finishing materials and decorated with local and international furniture and decor items. Interior doors and window frames are made of solid wood. In the apartment you will find the artwork of international and local artists, a number of vintage interior items and useful home tech appliances.

The living room consists of an Italian leather sofa (Samoa), a vintage rug made of silk and wool, two transparent coffee tables, an accent chair, a small chair with a lamp (all Zara Home), a bookshelf and a 43" smart TV (Samsung Serif). There is also a dedicated workplace with a large desk, table lamp, comfortable swivel chair (Quadrifoglio Diva) and high-speed Internet.

A large Queen bed, a wooden nightstand and a round marble table (both Zara Home), a bedside lamp, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers can be found in the bedroom. Turn on the ceiling lamp made by a local artisan for warm and tender light. Comfortable but firm mattress and boiled cotton bed sheets (Zara Home/H&M Home) ensure our guests sleep tight.

Guests will particularly like the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A large round wooden table with beautiful metal legs dominates this space. Guests who love cooking will particularly appreciate SMEG appliances: oven, hob, tap, ceramic double-bowl sink, and electric kettle. For wine lovers we have LSA wine glasses. You can also make yourself a cup of morning coffee with a moka pot (Zara Home) and locally roasted coffee.

Pamper yourself and indulge in an unforgettable bath experience in a freestanding bathtub. The bathroom also benefits from a handcrafted wooden storage cabinet and an elegant round mirror (Zara Home). The aroma reed diffusor will make your vanity routine special.
