This 900 sq. ft. condo is in Emerald Isles, a gated complex located in idyllic, silent and peaceful village in Canca Parra, North Goa (Less than 5 km from all the tourist places). A naturally ventilated apartment with plenty of sunlight and fresh air. High ceilings gives the Condo the extra oomph . Tastefully furnished to give you a home away from home feeling.

Swimming pool is open for guest and SWIMWEAR is a MUST.

The space
The apartment is spacious (900 sq ft), comfortable with high ceiling. Stable high speed internet makes WFH (Work from home) easy and also compensates for the poor cellular network. Kitchen is equipped RO Water Purifier to reduce plastic waste along with the other cooking essentials.

AC in the Bedroom and Living Room, High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart LED TV with Tata Sky, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, induction stove, induction cookware, RO Water Filter, hot water geyser, inverter backup for power failure and fire extinguisher for safety
