• We honor Hawaii’s quiet hours and prioritize a peaceful environment for all guests. If you’re seeking a party-focused experience, we’re happy to refer you to alternative accommodations better suited to your needs.
• Families with Children: Although we welcome families with children of all ages, please note that our home is not child-proofed and children must be supervised at all times. For safety, and in accordance with Hawaii State Law, a pool safety fence is required when young children are present. The pool fence remains up year round.
• Outside Vendors: Any third-party service providers—such as private chefs, massage therapists, or activity vendors—outside of our in-home concierge team, Hawaii Luxe Travel—must be approved in advance by management and are required to carry active liability insurance. Failure to abide by this policy may result in removal of the vendor, cancellation of services, and/or additional fees charged to the guest. Unauthorized vendors will not be permitted on-site.
• Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and spa. We do not allow private parties or weddings on the property.
• Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability. We’ll notify you the day of your arrival as soon as the home is ready. Late checkouts (pending availability) are subject to a half-day rate.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required during the holiday season. Check-ins and check-outs are not allowed on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
• Luggage Drop-Off: Due to safety and liability purposes, we do not allow luggage drop-off prior to check-in.
• Security Camera Disclosure: There is one Ring camera with a floodlight located in the front driveway area for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
• Violation of Hawaii’s noise ordinances or quiet hours may result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
