Great West Des Moines location with easy access to both I-35 and I-80. This is a perfect space for those who are on the road and making a pit stop. Jordan Creek Mall, the largest mall in Iowa, is a 6 minute drive. Raccoon River Beach is a 6 minute drive. If you are looking for nightlife, West Glen is a 5-6 minute drive as well. Downtown is 15 minutes. My complex backs up to rugby fields that can be utilized for exercise or leisure as well as the 14 mile long Jordan Creek Trail!
