Our cleaning fee is a one-time charge, regardless of the length of stay. They cover the complete cleaning of the apartment after your departure as well as the provision of linens (sheets and towels) adapted to the number of guests.

The apartment is handed over to you clean; you are responsible for cleaning the dishes and disposing of waste throughout your stay and before your departure.

To make your arrival easier, some complimentary products (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap) are provided. Please note that this is not a hotel service: the replenishment of these supplies during your stay is not included.

Long stays: For stays longer than one week, the renter is responsible for the routine maintenance of the accommodation. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal on site.
