The space
Our home is a boutique property and an architectural masterpiece that infuses culture from Rajasthan, Kerala and Kashmir. Special attractions include Golf Training, horse riding, and ATV Park.
~Property Layout~
* Property is part of a large private estate. The estate is divided into multiples zones with the Chinar Haveli being in Zone 2. Other areas include Tranquil Greens (listed separately) in Zone 1.
Zone 3, 4 and 5 are private residence areas of the Owners.
* The main Haveli is on approx 1.5 acres of land having an oasis-style swimming pool surrounded by greenery, a small landscaped lawn, patios, picturesque Gazebos, and our small barn with our farm animals like rabbits, ducks, birds, and more.
* The Haveli consists of 5 bedrooms (privacy sleeping 10, max sleeping 14), which have been aesthetically designed to narrate the story of our rich cultural heritage.
* The entry into the property opens into an entry foyer which leads towards the living areas on one side and master bedrooms and courtyards on the other
* Out of the 4 Bedrooms, two bedrooms are large master bedrooms (each fitted with a king bed) and an attached / en-suite bathroom with a private dressing area. Extra beds for 2 people can be accommodated in each of these bedrooms.
* Both master bedrooms have an indoor fireplace (decorative only - due to safety reasons), and a worktable with a chair
* The master bedrooms overlook and open into a beautiful private open courtyard having a swing and a water body
* A walkway from the entry foyer leads towards the master bedrooms and an inner courtyard.
* The inner courtyard resonates with Southern-style architecture inspired by Kerala and has a beautiful central tree, and patios to relax
* On the other side of the entry foyer, are our living areas which have a unique classical Indian interior.
* The main living room and Baithak both comprise an informal setting of up to 16 guests.
* The dining area/room is located near the living rooms and is fitted with a dining table with 8 sitting
* The third bedroom (having a king bed and a worktable) is located adjacent to the dining room. This bedroom also has an attached / en-suite bathroom.
* A powder room is located next to the dining area and the third bedroom
* The kitchen is also located next to the dining area and is connected with the dining room from one side and the indoor courtyard towards the master bedrooms on the other side.
* A staircase going down from the dining area leads lower level which houses 4th & 5th Bedrooms.
* The fourth & fifth bedrooms are smaller rooms (as compared to master bedrooms) and are fitted with a queen bed each.
* Both fourth & fifth bedrooms have attached ensuite bathrooms
* The bedrooms on the lower floor can also open into the lawns in case accessibility is required from ground level. This is not the main entrance to the rooms, as the main entrance has been kept from inside the Haveli.
* The design of the haveli is on a contour land, hence the lower bedrooms seem to be at a lower level (accessible by stairs from the inside of the haveli). However, it is actually on the garden level and can also be accessed directly from the lawns for people having issues to climb and come down the stairs.
* The terrace is a unique feature of our property and has private patios/gazebos for our guests to enjoy the landscape from an upper-level
~Recommendation - Our property is a Haveli inspired by Indian Heritage and has the look and feel of a heritage Haveli. The bathrooms and bedrooms are not modern / newly constructed.

* The architecture, the landscape, and the patios are unique features of our property
* The oasis-style swimming pool located on the lawns, is a bliss
* Located adjacent to the swimming pool is our pet cage, where we have ducks, rabbits, pigeons, and other birds
* The property is a forest feel retreat in the middle of Gurgaon and Delhi
~Recreation~
* The swimming pool is unique and beautiful (40 Ft Length x 20 Ft Width x 5 Ft Depth) with lawns and trees all around
* Badminton, Volleyball and cricket apparatus are available for our guests to enjoy their stay
* A Music System has been provided in the living room. Our music system is not battery compatible and cannot be carried out of the main villa. For our guests to enjoy music around the pool area, we recommend carrying a battery-operated dock (not provided by us)
* Barbecue apparatus is available for our guests to use. Guests are welcome to bring their coal and use the apparatus free of any charge. If coal is to be provided by us, the same is chargeable at ₹ 1000 per usage.
* Bonfire can be provided in winter (in outdoor areas only) and is chargeable at ₹ 2500 per bonfire (for 3 hours).
~Amenities~
* Kitchen has most required utensils and appliances like microwave, baking oven, gas stove, refrigerator, RO water purifier, toaster, cutlery and crockery
* The property is air conditioned (for summer months) and heated (for winters) through split air conditioners/halogen heaters/heat convectors
* We have a Wi-Fi network within the indoor areas of the property and works very well. Please note, that the area has poor network coverage, so regular mobile phone signals will be difficult to get. In Outdoor areas, we get 1-2 signal bars, and inside the Haveli, guests have to rely on Wi-Fi.
* All bathrooms have storage water heaters for the hot water supply
* The property has 100% power backup
* Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check-in. Pool towels are provided. Extra Pool towels can be requested however will be chargeable at ₹ 50 per towel or our guests are welcome to bring in the same.
* Housekeeping is provided daily between 10 AM - 12 PM
* Our caretakers are there for housekeeping and do not help to serve food/help with drinks. If service is required, we can arrange service stewards at an additional charge of ₹ 1,000 (for 6 hours of service) per steward. Prior intimation is required for arranging service staff.
~Rental Exclusions / Extra Chargeable~
* Complementary Linen change is provided every third day
* Extra Linen change is chargeable as ₹ 500 per bed
~Meals & Dining~
* Home cooked meal packages are available at ₹ 1500 per head for Breakfast / Brunch, Hi-tea / Evening Snacks & Dinner
* We also have special meal packages (Indian, Continental, Asian) for our guests in association with our meal partners starting at ₹ 2,500 per person for high tea, evening snacks, dinner and breakfast.
* The meal packages are at an additional cost and the payment is to be made separately.
* Our team will get in touch with you after the booking is made to understand your choice and shall configure your meals.
* The meal packages are optional, and if you do not want meals, you are welcome to use our kitchen to cook your meals.
* We do not provide a cook or allow a cook from outside at the property. If you want to bring your home cook to look after your needs, we will permit the same.
* Zomato / Swiggy deliveries happen till 11 Pm, however, we recommend our guests take the meal package, to enjoy the property as a wholesome experience.

~Hosting Events/Gatherings~
* The Haveli (Zone 1) can only be used for hosting intimate affairs (up to 30 guests) / sit-down dinners / movie nights / Sufi nights, small Haldi, Mehandi, functions etc, which can be selectively permitted in the lawn area near the pool/terrace area subject to applicable charges.
* For hosting such events, we charge Rs. 1000 as visiting guest fee for guests over and above the staying guests.
* We do not permit hosting loud parties/pool parties / large gatherings in Zone 1.
* Larger events are permitted in event lawns (adjacent farm) designed to cater to larger gatherings of upto 500 guests. The event rental charges start at Rs. 2500 per head and varies as per menu. This rental includes catering charges as well as venue rental.
* External catering permitted (in such case venue rental charges will apply)
* We also have decoration and event planning vendors to give you a complete end to end solution
~Other attractions~
* Golf training academy (Skyline Golf) is located adjacent to our property. Our guests are welcome to try putting in the academy as per applicable charges.
* We have tied up with a Stud farm and encourage our guests to try horse riding as an activity when visiting our property. As a special arrangement, we can call the horse to our doorstep for our guests. The charges are ₹ 6000 (for 2 people) which include the horses coming to pick you up from our property, and then being taken to the stud farm nearby, where you will be given 30 mins of riding, a welcome drink, mineral water, and welcome snack as a part of the package. If the horses are not called to the property, our guests can go to the stud farm themselves and enjoy the package at ₹ 2000 per person. Our team will help organize the visit for you.
* There are several sports and fitness training academies for cricket, football, and other sports, and our guests are welcome to use them as per the charges and terms and conditions of the academy.
* An ATV adventure and off-roading park is located 2 KM away from our property and our guests can visit the same (charges and terms and conditions apply).
~Security~
The property is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 p.m. for security reasons. If late-night access is required, the same is chargeable extra at ₹ 1000 per day.
Airbnb policy does not permit us to share contact details before a confirmed booking, hence please use the designated messenger if you have any queries before booking.
Please do not ask us for our contact details or send us your contact details on this messenger as the same will be blocked by Airbnb. You can make a booking for the number of guests, and the communication channel will open after the booking. After making the booking, if you find any discrepancy in the listing details and the property in real, we will allow free cancellation, within 48 hours of such booking.
~Other things to note~
* Mobile networks do not work well at the property. One has to rely on Wi-Fi.
Please note: We have to be punctual with our timings as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guest's experience being compromised. So, we request you to please adhere to the timings. Please do not mind repeated reminders by us starting 45 minutes before your checkout time, as we understand it takes time to pack.
Guest access
Our guests will have access to the main Haveli, lawns and pool area near the Haveli.
Other areas in the property are for personal residence only, and access to the same will not be provided to the guests. Our team will guide our guests on the accessible and non-accessible areas.
Other things to note
Please note -
* Mobile networks do not work well at the property. One has to rely primarily on Wi-Fi.
*This is a private home and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property. We focus on cleanliness, good quality and well-maintained linen, and homely comfort for our guests.
*Since the property is a farmhouse retreat, near the forest ridge, there are natural wild creatures and insects that live in the vicinity, however, they do not harm humans if not disturbed.
* The swimming pool will not be accessible during heavy monsoons (July-Sep) and winter season (Nov - Feb)
* Since this property is part of a private estate housing the property owners (in their area), we do not permit loud music to be played at late hours the night in the open area which can disturb the owners and our neighbours.
~Swimming Pool Rules~
* Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons)
* Glass bottles / breakable glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed). For safety reasons, we do not permit beer bottles to be brought to the property. This is non-negotiable and can lead to termination of the booking.
* Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area
* Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / of the workers at the property.
* Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles/glasses to the pool area will be fined ₹ 25,000 for non-compliance (This is for the safety of guests).
* Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool
