This is apartment number 3 in this wonderfully restored historic neighborhood - Enter the apartment on the second floor where you’ll find a full kitchen, a small living room with a queen sleeper sofa… make your way up the staircase to the third floor loft ~ King size bed along with a beautifully appointed, living room with a smart TV. This is a perfect space for gathering with family and friends.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am - This is a close-knit neighborhood w/ lots of children & discerning families. Parties & other activities that do not meet the standards of the community will not be tolerated.

In an effort to keep cleaning fees low, please start one load of bath towels in the washer and start the dishwasher or hand wash your dishes💕
