🛌The apartment consists of a double bunk bed (2×2) in the entrance, a bunk bed (2×1) in the mountain corner hallway and a double bed on the sofa bed in the living room.

🏡 Quiet, with garden (rare in La Clusaz), bathed in sunshine, not overlooked, mountain view (Etale and Beauregard).
🛷Children can go sledding directly from the garden.
🛋️The accommodation is very comfortable.
🛌 Sleeps 8 (for small tribes), 🌟 comfortable for up to 6 adults or 8 with children, its small cabins allow you to delight them and create intimate spaces for warm nights.

This nice little apartment is quietly located, surrounded by greenery, in the middle of the chalets, 200 m from La Chapelle du Gothy.

🏔️The Beauregard plateau is accessible by walking in about 2/3 hours for a very nice walk/ski hike.
You are about 10 minutes from Croix-Fry by car.
Enjoy the magic of the mountain, in peace, in a modern and warm atmosphere.
🎿To ski:
Reach the blue slope of the Envers in 10 minutes on foot to go down to the village center (departure of cable cars).
We recommend you go up with the Combe des Juments chairlift 3
minutes from the apartment by car or shuttle) to reach the top of the ski area directly and
Avoid the crowds in the center of the village.
