This clean, bright lakefront cottage has 3 lovely bdrms and 2 full bath. 1.5 hrs from Toronto. Just minutes to Bridgenorth or Ennismore for food, lcbo, hardware store. 15 minutes to Peterborough for a fabulous restaurant scene, great shopping, live music and family events. Several golf courses, fishing charters and boat rentals nearby. Great day trips to other parts of the Kawarthas, and some provincial parks. Access to the Trent Severn Waterway. Excellent fishing and boating.

The space
Entire home and waterfront to yourself. Kitchen is fully-equipped with all cookware and serving needs. Basics available (salt, pepper, sugar…) and main floor is open-concept to enjoy family time together.

Living room has large comfy couch with TV streaming Netflix, Crave, and Prime, as well as satellite.

Beds include clean linens. Towels and bathroom tissue included.

Large, level lawn to enjoy badminton and bocce ball. Outdoor kitchen, bbq, and dining space. Great for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as stargazing at night from the hot tub or the upper balcony.

Ample parking, and dock space, should you bring your own boat, or choose to rent one.

We are located in a small, family-friendly neighbourhood, great for walks and bike rides as well!
