Welcome to our bright, newly renovated 450 Sq ft (43m2), ground level self-contained one-bedroom suite with designer interior. The suite comes with a private parking spot and private deck. You have also entrance to our backyard. We are in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees and nature. It is just a short walk to the beach with stunning views of the coastal mountain range.

The space
We are just a few minutes drive away from downtown Parksville, ideal for lifestyle shopping and dining.

The suite has a private entrance (the hosts are living upstairs) and consists of a relaxed combined kitchen/living space with cable TV, Netflix and free Wi-Fi, a separate bedroom with comfy queen bed and storage and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The kitchen has a two-burner cooktop to prepare breakfast or a light meal. Further a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, electric water kettle, and toaster. Coffee, tea, and sugar are complimentary.

You can hike on the nearby trails, rent bicycles, enjoy a spa, visit our galleries, and enjoy ‘island time’ at the fullest. Our mild climate offers year-round outdoor experiences, and our local restaurants will treat you with the best they have to offer in local foods and wines.

We are located close to Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, the Tigh-na-mara Grotto Spa, the Parksville Museum, and the Parksville Visitor Centre.
