This chic and modern top floor apartment is in Golden Square ('Zolotoi Kvadrat'), the heart of Almaty. The apartment was designed with great attention to detail and is perfect for couples or individuals.

Staying in the apartment means you will be ideally located to experience the downtown of Almaty and surrounded by a superb range of amenities and attractions. The apartment is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the Opera House.

The space
This stunning space offers a carefully decorated salon, double bed, 3/4 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, foyer with overhead storage cabinet and private balcony. The design of the apartment is sleek, simple and timeless.

The place features retro sockets and light switches, hardwood floor, timber windows and doors, vintage chandelier and sconce, as well as brick tile in bathroom and balcony.

The living room consists of an elegant sofa and vintage armchair of the 70s. The sofa handmade by Almatian artisans brings both comfort and style. The linen curtains exude a sense of openness and airiness. The wooden coffee table and handmade rug (both Zara Home) are in the centre of the sitting area. With a desk, swivel chair and floor lamp the apartment provides a sufficient space for work or study. The 32” HD Smart TV mounted on a tripod stand by One for All (Red Dot Design Award winner) harmoniously blends with the interior.

The bamboo wardrobe that delicately divides boudoir from the living area combines the clean lines of Nordic design with the look and feel of the orient. The double bed with a comfortable mattress and boiled cotton bed sheets (Zara Home/H&M Home) ensures guests sleep tight, while the marble table plays the role of a nightstand. The sleeping area is complimented by a jute rug and oval mirror.

The double door refrigerator with rounded curves and chrome details and Smeg toaster are a tribute to the beloved mid-century modern aesthetic. For coffee lovers the kitchen offers locally roasted coffee, a Bialetti moka pot and a copper Turkish coffee pot. Wine lovers would particularly appreciate LSA wine glasses. Vintage bentwood chair and round jute rug bring warmth to the kitchen.

The bathroom comprises of a regular size sink, pure white tub and high level toilet, which has a distinctive Victorian look. Daylight enters the bathroom through a transom window. The Anthropologie shower curtain and floral aroma reed diffuser will make your vanity routine special.
