Seterra is a nice and quiet condo, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whenever you need to go into the city, it is not far either, just 20 minutes drive. It is a place where you can unwind and sit back and relax after a long day!
Seterra is a high-end low density condo. My unit has been tastefully furnished. There is one king-size bed, one queen size bed and two super twin beds, so it comfortably sleeps 6. Moreover there is 1897sf of space, and just a few steps out, you find yourself in the zen garden. What makes the place unique is that you will find bliss and tranquility even though you are really in the heart of it all.
Guests will have access to all the public amenities like the children's play area, the garden and the gym.
I believe in giving my guests the privacy they need, to do the things they enjoy but will offer my assistance whenever it is needed.
The neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of Chinese, Malays and Indians, which is really what Malaysia is all about. Finding a quick meal is really easy, just 5 minutes would get you sitting at a table! There are also several grocery stores, two pharmacies and fruit stalls just outside the apartment.
Although there is no public transport, hailing a taxi is easy because taxis pass by this road frequently. Alternatively, you can use "My Teksi" app to order a taxi. So, it is very convenient. It is also a 15 minutes walk to 1Utama only.
Amenities include a swimming pool, a gym, a children's playground and a wading pool. From June till December, the pool deck is being renovated, hence there is a reduction in the price. There is also a barbecue area near the pool. The unit comes with two car parks.
Interaction with guests
I can offer assistance and help to my guests where needed, because I also believe my guests should have the privacy and space to do their own things.
Other things to note
The pool deck is being repaired, hence there is no pool access for now. I have reduced the price to reflect this.
As a general rule, guests should keep the noise level down so as not to disturb the other tenants within the condo unit. As a rule of thumb, please switch off all electrical appliances when not in use, especially the air-conditioners. Pets are generally not allowed. If you have to smoke, please do so on the patio outside.
