NEW LISTING! This freestanding cottage in Provincetown's Beach Point has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. A foot path leads to the bay beach. This iconic studio cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood tucked off of Shore Road, the vibrant Provincetown Street life is just a mile away.
The unit was renovated in 2020 with all new furnishings, kitchenware and appliances.
Flexible 7 nights or more minimum stay.
NOTE: this is a one room cottage; occupancy limited to 2 people.

The space
While fully modernized, this sweet cottage has retained all of its old Cape Cod charm. It has a mini-split for heat/air conditioning, wifi, ROKU TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a new memory foam queen bed.

PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT supply bath linens, beach towels and bed linens. You will need to bring these.

Dewey Ave is located on Beach Point and is home to many local residents, 2nd home owners and short term visitors. The cottage is part of a 9 unit cottage condo association and the cottages are close in proximity and are mostly owner occupied. The condo association does not allow pets for short term guests.
