The Glamping Tent is situated in The Sequoia National Forest, overlooking the majestic rapids of the Kern River. Our tents are a beautiful place to get away from it all and enjoy nature in comfort.

Come and hike, bike, dip in the river, or simply kick back and take in the 360 of sky scrapping mountains (even glimpse Mount Whitney!)

The space
WiFi - yes (however there is no cell service there)
Heating - propane unit keeps the tent pretty toasty on cold nights
Electric - Yes, there’s an outlet in there (however it won’t support much more than charging or our fans/lights)
Water - there is water stations nearby the tents
Fire pits - you’ll have your own private fire pit and grates to cook on
Showers - have hot water, and are private stations however are shared with other tents at the camp, we recommend bringing sandals/water shoes and we supply shampoo/body soap

The tent is decorated in a modern southwest style with clean lines.

The restrooms and showers are shared by the other tents. The building is equipped with FLUSHING toilets, a beautiful propane heated HOT outdoor shower.

WINTER WEATHER DISCLAIMER:
Winter is a variable time of year and it could be 60 in the daytime and beautiful or it could be 30 and windy making it feel very cold. I always tell people if they book Nov-Feb. we don't make any promises; it can even snow!
The unit comes with a space heater so you will be warm when you are in bed, but walking to and from the bathroom can be cold and the shower has to be turned off is temps are freezing (under 32). Please check the weather and consider this when booking.

Assisted check in is only between 3-6pm. If you cannot arrive in between these times, please text us to make other arrangements or be given self check-in instructions.
