Located in the heart of the vineyards and in the quiet village of Moulon.
15 minutes from St-Emilion/Libourne by car. Ideal for a family. Green and quiet setting.
Access to the secure swimming pool (early June-end Sept). Unheated and shared with us (we use it very little). By the river (fishing possible)
90 sq meters, 2 bedroom house located in the heart of Moulons's vineyards. Quiet and relaxing area.
You'll have shared access with us to the swimming pool (unheated).
River nearby (for fishing).

The house is adjacent to mine (right wing of the house), however you can count on our discretion.

Your house has independent access, and your terrace and garden are private. The pool and my garden (cross to access the pool) are also at your disposal

My house is an old mill and is therefore located on the edge of a small river. All access to the river is blocked for safety reasons but accessible if needed, especially for fishing.
The house:
- On the ground floor: Entrance, toilet, living room with sofa bed, dining room, equipped kitchen.
- On the 1st floor: A first double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (but possibility of double bed), bathroom.

Baby crib and high chair are available on request.

The following are permanently available in the accommodation:

The accommodation does not have a washing machine or dryer, but for stays of a week or more, if you wish, you can use mine :)

There is no cleaning fee but I ask you to make the house clean and tidy (I provide everything you need for a complete cleaning – vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning products). However, if you do not wish to clean at the end of the stay, please let me know on arrival (a cleaning package will be offered for €40).
