This completely private apartment is equipped with a queen-sized bed plus a pull out queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Linens and most furniture are brand new.

TV with Amazon Firestick (for you to login with your own Amazon account), wifi and books are available to cozy up with for a relaxing evening.

3-piece bathroom with shower, linens and soaps included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glass ware, and pots and pans.

Plenty of free off-street parking, large backyard with fire pit, barbecue, play structure and sandbox to use at your own discretion. Indoor bike storage is also available.

Private back door entrance with keyless entry makes check in easy.

Please note that there is a quiet cat and a puppy on the main floor, but they have no access to the apartment.
