Delightful and stylish barn conversion in a traditional Broadland village, just 200 yards from the shop/post office and local pub. Perfectly located for enjoying the local sandy beaches, nature reserves, seal ( we are volunteer wardens at Horsey) and bird watching ( several RSPB reserves nearby), photography and painting ( we do both), cycling and walking.

Lovely, homely barn conversion; well located for all that Norfolk has to offer. Mike was a welcoming and helpful host and the barn had everything we needed for a lovely stay. And we were able to bring our three dogs which was fantastic! We hope to come back one day!

Thanks Nicola and glad you enjoyed your stay. As Horsey seals wardens, we appreciate your comments. Glad you liked the pub ( think I saw you there when I called in to get fish and chips) Regards, Mike

This place is utterly delightful. It's a great base to go and see the broads and the sea and it is perfect for staying in when it's cold and wet outside. Our daughter visited for one night for no extra cost which was great.
