Location

Richfield, Utah, United States

Beautiful new townhome located in the “Heart of Utah’s Trail Country.” Tons of great ATV and UTV trails can be accessed right from the town of Richfield or a lot more with just a short drive. Newly developed mountain bike trails with lots of great reviews just a short ride to the west and more to the east. Great road bike trails connecting Sevier valley give you lots of options for a great ride. Other great options for fun, all within an hours drive. Enjoy some great fishing either on blue ribbon river fisheries with your fly rod or grab a boat and head to Fishlake, Piute or Otter Creek for some great fishing or playing. National parks are also pretty close to Richfield, especially one of our favorites, Capitol Reef. Enjoy some awesome hikes and really one of the more overlooked national parks in the state but arguably the most accessible and beautiful.
